had anybody else found Bruce Willes to be a tough face to caricature? I'm strugglin' with the sketch! I think I should just start painting. Wish me luck.

hope everyone is having fun with colors :)

Yep, I'm having issues pushing the features, but I'm plugging away at it. I think that may be one of the reasons Jason chose Bruce Willis as our subject. Challenging.

It's the eyes I tell you - the eyes!!! I'm not finding it the easiest face on the planet!

yeah I can certainly appreciate the challenge these photos present. His evenly-lit face contains so many subtle nuances of color, from misty grey green to ruddy reddish tan . . . this is honestly my first time painting/rendering human skin in color and it's a fascinating process.

Did anyone else google bruce willis caricatures to see how others had handled this mug? pretty interesting!

I'm doing okay with Bruce, but that Scott character is a real pain...Every time I draw him he looks more like Jesus than a funny caricature.

Yup ... I am finding it a challenge too! I am redoing and redoing and redoing....I've got sketches that are more Vin Diesel or Patrick Stewart than Bruce Willis!! BUT .........seeing as ol' Bruce is one of my personal fav "everyman heroes"... I gotta keep trying till I do him justice!
